Your Project. Our Precision.
Let's Build the Quote.
Tell us about your electromechanical assembly project — scope, timeline, and target volumes. Our engineering team reviews every submission and responds within 24 hours with an initial assessment, preliminary pricing, and recommended next steps.
Tell Us About Your Project
The more detail you provide, the more accurate our initial assessment. Every field below helps our engineering team scope your project correctly from the start — but if you are early in the process, a rough description works too.
Thank You
Your RFQ has been received. Our engineering team will respond within 24 hours with an initial assessment. Check your inbox for confirmation.
What Happens Next
Your submission goes directly to our engineering team — not a sales queue. We assess project scope, BOM complexity, and compliance needs.
We evaluate your project against our capabilities, identify DFM considerations, and prepare a preliminary scope document.
You receive per-unit pricing by assembly stage, NRE costs, lead time, production ramp timeline, and recommended testing protocols.
We move to first article production — typically within 2–3 weeks. You approve, and we ramp to sustained production volumes.
At every stage, your dedicated program manager is your single point of contact — not a rotating team of reps. One person, one thread, from quote to delivery.
Prefer to Talk First?
Not every project starts with a formal RFQ. If you are still exploring options, evaluating nearshoring, or just want to understand what GPW can do for your program — reach out directly.

Built for the Projects Other Assemblers Avoid
We do not fabricate PCBAs. We assemble complete products — mechanical, electrical, cabling, and testing — across 8 industries under one roof.
150 miles from the U.S. border. Same timezone. USMCA-compliant. 40–60% cost savings vs. domestic U.S. assembly.
Every project starts with a DFM review. Every unit passes end-of-line functional testing. IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 certification in progress.
48-hour RFQ response. First article in 2–3 weeks. Production ramp in 4–6 weeks.

No commitment. No minimum order. We respond within 24 hours.
RFQ & Process Questions
What information do I need to submit an RFQ?
At minimum: your industry, the services you need, a project description, and your timeline. The more detail you provide — BOM complexity, compliance requirements, target volumes — the more accurate our initial assessment. If you are early in the process, a rough description is enough to start the conversation.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Our engineering team reviews every submission within 24 hours and delivers a detailed quote within 3–5 business days. Urgent projects can be fast-tracked — select "Urgent" in the timeline field and we prioritize accordingly.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. GPW handles programs from pilot builds of 10–50 units through sustained production runs of 10,000+ units per month. We scale with your demand. During the scoping phase, we align production capacity to your volume forecast so pricing reflects actual requirements.
What does the quote include?
A GPW quote breaks down per-unit pricing by assembly stage, NRE costs, lead time to first article, production ramp timeline, recommended testing protocols, and any tooling or fixture requirements. You see exactly where cost and time go at every step.
Can I visit the facility before committing?
Yes. We encourage facility tours for prospective OEM partners. Monterrey is a 2-hour flight from Austin, Dallas, or Phoenix. Contact us to schedule a visit with our engineering and operations team.
Do you handle procurement and sourcing of components?
GPW can manage full kitting and procurement based on your approved vendor list (AVL), or we can work with customer-furnished materials (CFM). We determine the right approach during the scoping phase.
What industries do you serve?
GPW serves 8 industries: AI & Server Rack Assembly, Industrial Equipment, Telecommunications, Medical Devices, Automotive, Energy, Aerospace, and Appliances & White Goods. Each vertical has industry-specific assembly processes, traceability requirements, and quality standards.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. All RFQ submissions are treated as confidential. GPW operates under strict NDAs with all customers. We never share project details, BOM data, or proprietary specifications with third parties. If you require a mutual NDA before submitting project details, contact us and we arrange it before you submit.
